Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you to contact us 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. You will also receive a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment with an option to cancel upon receipt of the confirmation.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please email us at info@realcarewellness.com, or go to your account through our patient portal (We will take note of the time the email has been recieved).
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $15 missed appointment fee.
Subscription Programs
Onboarding Fee:
The onboarding fee is non-refundable. This fee is used to cover administrative and initial setup costs associated with your subscription. Once paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
If you cancel after the next billing cycle has started, you will still be charged for that cycle, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Medication:
All medication purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Once shipped, medication cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to cancellation, including onboarding fees and medication costs.
Changes to the Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change this cancellation policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
